My Welugu journey

My Welugu journey started through my 10+ year association with Sivaranjani, one of the founders. Back in 2023, when I had taken a break from work, I suddenly had a lot of free time on my hands. I was using that time to slow down, exploring meditation, listening to podcasts, and getting more intentional about self-awareness.

During a casual catch-up, she mentioned how this time could be used in a more meaningful way, and that conversation really stayed with me. That’s how I became part of Welugu. What drew me in was the freedom Welugu gives to show up in your own way and spend time on something that doesn’t directly benefit you or your family, but someone else entirely. That itself gave so much meaning to the experience.

It’s been 3 years now, and every gratitude-filled meeting has taught me something new. Even after I started working again over the past year, I stayed involved, this time in a more impactful way—and honestly, I’ve been enjoying it so much. Welugu continues to remind me that giving your time with intention can be deeply fulfilling in ways you don’t expect. 💛
